Senior Software Developer, AI Networking

We are looking for an enthusiastic software engineer to join our AI networking acceleration team and work on a groundbreaking open-source library using hardware offloads, GPU kernels, and RDMA network cards. The product is performance-oriented, low-level infrastructure designed to transform the way inference works.

The team works in a dynamic and challenging environment on innovative, next-generation products focused on performance, scalability, and features. The work runs on the world’s largest supercomputers and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a highly optimized inference framework.
• Build performance-oriented, low-level infrastructure for AI networking and inference.
• Work with hardware offloads, GPU kernels, and RDMA network cards.
• Contribute to innovative products operating at large-scale data centers and supercomputers.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in modern C++, C, or Rust development.
• 3 years of experience in a Linux environment and familiarity with development tools.
• Deep knowledge of the TCP/IP network stack.
• Understanding of computer architecture and operating systems concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Linux internals and low-level software optimization, including benchmarking, bottleneck research, and performance tuning.
• Experience programming CUDA kernels.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and large language models.
• Background in parallel programming, high-performance computing, or RDMA technology.

Salary

For Poland, the base salary range is 292,500 PLN–507,000 PLN for Level 4 and 375,000 PLN–650,000 PLN for Level 5. Base salary is determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
