NVIDIA's NVIDIA Experience (NVEX) Solutions Engineering team is seeking an experienced software engineer to support NVIDIA Enterprise customers and products, including AI Enterprise, Omniverse, and vGPU. The role applies AI technologies to triage customer issues, identify solutions, improve support workflows, and develop products and internal tools.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance customer issues.
Work with engineering teams by providing logs, reproductions, and other triage information.
Apply AI to create and update products and support tools.
Apply agentic AI skills to customer issue resolution and software development.
Own and drive customer issues from inception through resolution.
Document customer interactions to improve the knowledge base.
Create, maintain, and version documentation for customer support processes, procedures, and guidelines.
Occasionally work weekends and holidays to support customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
AI/ML expertise.
Professional-level communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication to the technical level of the audience and remain calm and focused in negative situations.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, with a passion for solving problems.

Preferred Qualifications

Software engineering experience.
Customer support experience.
Technical expertise related to NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Omniverse, and vGPU.
Experience with parallel programming or GPU acceleration, such as CUDA.

The role offers equity, benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary is determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The salary range is USD 168,000–270,250 for Level 4 and USD 200,000–322,000 for Level 5.
