Details

NVIDIA's DGX Cloud powers AI for strategic research and product workloads. NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs powering next-generation AI software platforms. This software-first TPM role focuses on platform services, cloud infrastructure, system integration, and enabling scalable, reliable, and supportable software for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of software platform initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and operationalization.
  • Collaborate with software, infrastructure, product, and operations teams to align goals, deliverables, achievements, and schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving cloud-native services, platform software, system integration, and release delivery.
  • Connect software roadmap execution to full-stack readiness, including dependencies across infrastructure, system bring-up, validation, and downstream operational support.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive resolution of complex technical and programmatic issues.
  • Establish success metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and communicate status to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement metrics for measuring program efficiency and improvement areas.
  • Collect and analyze data to support planning and data-driven decisions.
  • Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multifunctional leads and streamlining processes across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience, including demonstrated experience managing global projects across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software systems, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and contemporary infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience driving complex software programs in fast-paced development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, release procedures, system integration, and platform delivery.
  • Ability to understand the broader full stack and work effectively across software, infrastructure, operations, and system bring-up teams.
  • Experience managing programs from initial architecture and development through validation, launch preparation, and operational support.
  • Proven ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts creatively.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Significant experience with large-scale Agile tools, reporting, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence applications.
  • Experience with networking and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Linux-based systems, cloud infrastructure, and host-based software-defined networking deployments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale software stack bring-up, integration, or release readiness.
  • Experience working across infrastructure and platform layers to enable modular, composable software systems from bare metal through platform services.
  • Familiarity with open-source software delivery, ecosystem preparedness, and platform implementation.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD 168,000 to USD 258,750, determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
