About the Team
Brand Studio creates, evolves, and maintains Stripe’s brand design systems, experiences, and advertising campaigns. The team focuses on high-quality, versatile, and forward-looking brand work.
Responsibilities
- Lead experiential program management across roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, resourcing, partner relationships, cross-functional communication, and scalable approaches.
- Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale.
- Partner with the Experiential Creative Director to scale and evolve event design at Stripe and optimize processes.
- Partner with the Corporate Events team to ensure smooth execution and integration of event brand design across all surfaces.
- Ensure effective collaboration with leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
- Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, organization-wide updates, and Slack.
- Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies.
- Connect silos, communicate changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable escalation solutions to Brand Studio leadership.
- Navigate challenges and blockers proactively while looking ahead for the team.
- Uphold and advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors to exceed engagement and registration goals.
- Collaborate with creatives on best practices and processes to sustain a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
- A user-first mindset, including understanding user needs, finding unique solutions, and optimizing engagement.
- Strong strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong design sense, industry knowledge, and understanding of best practices.
- Deep knowledge of producing complex brand and event design systems and bringing design assets to life across the creative production process.
- Proven excellence in producing creative systems optimized for scale and growth.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity.
- A strong track record of influencing outcomes internally and with agency partners.
- The ability to balance speed and quality while delivering high-craft creative work.
- Persuasive communication about work, processes, and decisions.
- Excellent organization, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for Stripe’s mission.
