Details

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Architect to help engineering organizations adopt Claude Code, Claude Tag, and enterprise administration controls. The role combines hands-on software engineering, technical instruction, customer enablement, and rollout support. The position is remote-friendly but requires 30–50% travel for onsite workshops, events, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Deliver public webinars, workshops, multi-day onsite sessions, office hours, and multi-week cohorts for engineers, partners, and account teams.
Teach customers and customer technologists how to use Claude Code and related products with their own codebases and technical environments.
Run train-the-trainer programs and certify customer champions to deliver Anthropic training material.
Educate enterprise administrators on single sign-on, permissions, connectors, spend controls, data-handling policies, and other rollout requirements.
Build polished presentation decks, demo repositories, and plugins using Claude and related tools.
Explore new product features as they are released and deliver existing technical material effectively.
Communicate customer feedback to the Claude Code, Claude Tag, and Cowork product teams.
Partner with account executives, customer success managers, Applied AI Architects, support engineers, and partner leads.
Travel 30–50% in periods centered around onsites, workshops, and events.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate, or in a similar role.
Current software engineering experience, including shipping code used by others.
Ability to engage deeply with senior engineers across the technology stack.
Daily experience with Claude Code or a similar agentic development tool.
Experience presenting to large live audiences and teaching engineering audiences.
Strong communication, initiative, adaptability, empathy, and comfort with ambiguity.
Interest in helping organizations deploy AI responsibly.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise identity and security experience, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
Experience running Claude on Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
Experience with regulated industries or systems-integrator partners.
A public record of technical teaching through talks, courses, videos, or writing.
