Agentic Product Engineer

Saily is building an AI-native Product Engineering culture focused on solving customer problems end-to-end, from idea to production. Engineers work with AI agents that support specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration, while contributing to improvements in the agent network and development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end, from idea to production.
• Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications.
• Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers.
• Operate in small, highly autonomous teams.
• Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
• Deliver 2x the output of a Senior Engineer who is not an AI user.
• Improve the internal agent network and development workflows.
• Move across the stack when needed.
• Focus on user and business outcomes rather than output.

Requirements

• Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications, including frontend and backend development.
• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and without initial acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization that achieved measurable, successful adoption.
• Strong product mindset, with a focus on problems, outcomes, and impact rather than only tickets or tasks.
• At least 7 years of development experience building a real product, system, tool, startup, side project, or meaningful feature.
• Strong backend experience, ideally with Go.

• Backend: Go, MySQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis.
• Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare Workers.
• iOS: SwiftUI, Xcode, Combine, Swift Package Manager, MVVM architecture.
• Android: Kotlin, Android Studio, Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, MVVM architecture.
• AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer.
