SentinelOne is seeking an AI-native product manager to join the Purple AI team and lead the vision and execution of next-generation agentic security features. Purple AI helps modern security operations center teams detect earlier, respond faster, and stay ahead of attackers. The role will own the roadmap for new agentic capabilities and drive the evolution of SentinelOne's conversational AI experience.

This is a high-visibility, strategic role involving direct exposure to executive leadership and close collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI, described as the industry's first generative AI security analyst, along with new AI features supporting SentinelOne's next phase of growth.
Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, to deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs, including product metrics, user research, and market analysis, to shape the roadmap and build customer-centric solutions.
Make robust decisions amid incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information, managing risk and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared path forward.
Refine online and offline evaluation metrics to track customer-perceived quality and value.
Drive the data-sourcing strategy to continuously improve model and pipeline performance.
Partner with marketing, sales, and documentation teams to craft a compelling product narrative that drives adoption of SentinelOne's AI products.
Travel up to 15% to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise product management; cybersecurity product experience is preferred.
6+ years of experience building AI/ML products.
4+ years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, agentic AI, natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, frame trade-offs, and make decisions balancing technical complexity, user experience, and business value.
Ownership mentality, including proven accountability, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Clear, efficient, and persuasive written and verbal communication across audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate the full product management workflow and improve the speed and quality of decision-making.
