Details

Join Eneco's B2B Analytics team and help improve how the company understands and serves its business customers. You will gain practical experience in digital analytics, customer journeys, Power BI, reporting, and measurement frameworks while working with experienced Data Analysts.

Responsibilities

Create standard Google Analytics reports, simple funnels, and recurring metric summaries.
Support customer journey measurement by documenting events, parameters, and measurement coverage.
Answer basic digital analytics questions using agreed definitions and methods.
Update and maintain simple Power BI reports under the guidance of a Data Analyst.
Test analytics implementations, validate naming conventions, and log data-quality issues.
Maintain flow inventories, metric definitions, trackers, and other analytics documentation.
Perform reporting, quality checks, documentation, and simple analyses.
Share findings clearly and ask for feedback to continuously improve your work.

Requirements

Enrollment in a relevant higher-education programme, such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Econometrics, Information Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation.
Interest in digital analytics, customer journeys, and how data improves products and business decisions.
Careful working style, attention to quality, and responsibility for completing agreed tasks.
Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback.
Comfortable using Excel.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Google Analytics is helpful but not required.
A valid Dutch BSN (Citizen Service Number) and a registered residential address in the Netherlands are required before the internship starts.

Work Environment

You will work with the B2B Analytics team in Eneco's Rotterdam office, collaborating with product teams and business stakeholders. You will receive guidance from Data Analysts and participate in Eneco's wider Data Analytics community.

Hybrid working is possible, with work typically divided as 40% from the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, working abroad from approved countries is possible for up to three weeks per year, with a maximum of two consecutive weeks.
