Details

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to the team’s daily research activities (data aggregation and analysis, modeling, written research, idea generation)
Manage significant data analysis and modeling responsibilities; synthesize results, draw conclusions, and develop concise narratives that communicate the story behind the data
Conceptualize, construct and maintain research dashboards
Help to identify, support and maintain critical data and functionality on the Bloomberg terminal
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external constituencies
Interact regularly with clients via online messaging systems, telephone and client visits
Participate in department-wide special projects

Requirements

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in a quantitative field
Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident/green card holder, refugee, asylee)
2+ years of financial market research experience
Keen interest in learning about credit markets
Ability to model and manage large data sets
Advanced coding skills, including strong Python experience
Proficient Excel skills with attention to detail and high standards in data quality
Ability and willingness to integrate new technologies, including generative AI, to create an increasingly sophisticated research product with data-driven analysis
Excellent written communication and presentation skills; track record of collaboration with team
Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
