NVIDIA is looking for a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of sophisticated, multidisciplinary programs for system-level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Workstation Solutions, as well as sustaining activities. The role requires balancing technical complexity, process, quality, and execution speed while delivering Enterprise Workstation Platform solutions that support broader business strategies.

As a member of the Customer Technical Program Management team, you will support external OEM system partners from early development through system integration, certification, production readiness for mass production, and ongoing product lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with multifunctional teams across the company to plan and drive hardware and software programs, assemble requirements, prioritize work, and manage scheduling across all product lifecycle phases. You will also develop and manage schedules, lead improvements to product development and software release processes, and collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflows and engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Align customer Enterprise Workstation Platform integration requirements with specific tasks and assign those tasks to relevant functional areas.
  • Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution and closure.
  • Communicate issue status clearly to customers and internal NVIDIA executive teams.
  • Work with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve planning, technical, and logistical issues; set expectations; and keep projects on track for successful execution.
  • Coordinate and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering discussions involving hardware and software.
  • Represent the urgency of issues appropriately and escalate them internally or externally when necessary.
  • Regularly communicate executive-level program status and key issues to management.
  • Develop close working relationships with customer development teams and identify effective solutions.
  • Support the integration of workstation system components, including GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking, and storage systems.
  • Coordinate system integration, qualification, certification, production readiness, and sustaining activities for OEM system partners.
  • Improve existing product development and software release processes.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a focus on technical program management supporting OEMs/ODMs and Enterprise Workstation System Partners.
  • Proven customer-facing experience delivering complex programs for strategic customers, particularly Enterprise Workstation System Platforms with Tier-1 OEMs.
  • Technical knowledge of workstation devices and software engineering, network topologies, network interfaces, and workstation qualification and deployment requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large OEMs/ODMs on workstation system integration, development, and deployment under aggressive timelines or constrained resources.
  • Experience defining and driving complex programs with an understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key milestones, and results.
  • Experience managing multiple OEM/ODM system partners and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.

Benefits

  • Equity and employee benefits are provided.
  • NVIDIA is committed to an inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
