NVIDIA's Compute Developer Technology team is seeking a passionate computer scientist to work as an AI Developer Technology Engineer. The role focuses on GPU deep learning, enabling computers to learn from data and support the next generation of AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

  • Study and develop state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning and machine learning.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure the best possible performance on current and next-generation GPU architectures.
  • Provide AI solutions using GPUs while working directly with key customers.
  • Collaborate with architecture, research, libraries, tools, and system software teams to influence the design of next-generation architectures, software platforms, and programming models.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a master's or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of C/C++, software design, programming techniques, and AI algorithms.
  • Experience with parallel programming, ideally CUDA C/C++.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A logical approach to problem solving, time management, and task prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in low-level performance optimization and computer architecture.
  • Expertise in parallelization and performance optimization of deep learning models for natural language processing, computer vision, recommender systems, or related areas.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary range is USD 108,000–178,250 for Level 1 and USD 124,000–195,500 for Level 2. Salary is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role also includes eligibility for equity and benefits.
