Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, supporting data and model training through production deployment. The company operates large-scale compute, storage, networking, and applied AI infrastructure.
This hands-on role supports IT operations at remote locations and the deployment of data center infrastructure across new and expanding regions. The position focuses on network infrastructure, project execution, troubleshooting, and operational support within large-scale AI and GPU cloud environments. Frequent travel is required to support deployments, operational activities, and infrastructure expansion across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and deploying new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers.
- Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in colocated facilities.
- Travel for on-site installations and technical support.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering service operations and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server, and network equipment.
- Proficiency with IT hardware components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
- Relevant entry-level certifications, such as CCNA.
- Valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL and/or PMI certification.
Compensation
The base compensation range is $83,200–$99,840 USD per year. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, qualifications, hiring level, and geographic location.
