NVIDIA is looking for a Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead technical engagement with global system integrators (GSIs) and premier AI consulting firms. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in Agentic AI with the strategic foresight to build world-class technical partnerships. The role will lead a team working on NVIDIA AI Factories to help GSIs build, scale, and monetize Agentic AI services, enabling enterprises to operate using NVIDIA's advanced platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of Solutions Architects by providing mission and strategy clarity, technical guidance, career development, and resource allocation to meet GSI team objectives.
- Partner with GSI leadership to build dedicated NVIDIA AI centers of excellence and ensure partners successfully integrate the NVIDIA AI platform into their core offerings.
- Work with NVIDIA product, engineering, and business development leadership to align partner feedback with internal product groups and help create an effective go-to-market strategy.
- Represent NVIDIA at the C-suite level within GSIs, communicating the business value of full-stack AI acceleration and the transition to Agentic enterprise models.
- Act as the technical authority for sophisticated, multi-step Agentic AI workflows, ensuring business use cases meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, another engineering discipline, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of technical leadership or management experience with Solutions Architecture or engineering teams.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI or Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration.
- Comfort working with development platforms that use coding agents.
- Deep understanding of data centers and relevant AI or high-performance computing full-stack infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated computing at scale.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineering teams and non-technical business executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing technical relationships with top-tier GSIs such as Accenture and Deloitte.
- Direct experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications.
- Track record of leading technical teams through rapid technology pivots.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Willingness and ability to tackle unfamiliar territories, solve complex problems, and listen effectively.
