Reddit is looking for a dynamic leader to scale its Technical Solutions team. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, the team owns the technical foundation behind campaign delivery, ad signals, issue resolution, and product feedback loops. This work ensures Reddit's advertising products function reliably in-market while supporting go-to-market readiness and advertiser success.

As Manager, Technical Solutions, you will lead a high-impact team of Technical Solutions Managers responsible for validating system reliability, resolving complex technical blockers, and optimizing ad technology configurations. You will guide technical execution for Reddit's largest advertiser initiatives, manage feedback loops into Product and Engineering, and drive operational readiness. This role is central to improving how Reddit launches, validates, and scales advertising products while ensuring performance and advertiser success.

The role requires working in person from Reddit's Los Angeles office one to two days per week.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a group of Technical Solutions Managers by providing strategic direction, coaching, and professional development.
Oversee ads signal enablement, ensuring advertisers successfully integrate key measurement products, including pixels and the Conversions API, and maintain high-quality signals.
Drive strategic, broad-reaching technical initiatives that leverage cross-functional team participation.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering leads to remove technical obstacles and product constraints that impede revenue growth.
Lead advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot and resolve client technical challenges while ensuring adherence to service-level targets.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional leads, relaying advertiser insights, recurring technical gaps, and operational feedback to shape product development, tooling, and go-to-market strategies.
Identify and implement process and tooling changes to increase team bandwidth, optimize workflows, and scale support models.
Regularly share strategic themes and metrics with the leadership team.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
At least 3 years of experience in people management, leading technical individual contributors.
Strong foundational understanding of ad technology ecosystems and signal technologies, including direct experience with pixel implementation and Conversions API setups.
Experience leveraging AI tools, machine learning workflows, or AI-driven solutions to optimize technical troubleshooting, scale team operations, or analyze complex data sets.
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and debugging or diagnostic tools for solving complex systems and data discrepancies.
Experience with a data management platform such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, or Sense.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proven track record of influencing Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BA or BS degree.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $180,200–$252,300 USD. Final offer amounts may vary based on skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses or credentials. The position may span more than one career level.
