SpaceXAI is seeking exceptional engineers to join a new project integrating Grok into all parts of its Ads Platform. The team is focused on building AI systems and operates with an emphasis on engineering excellence, hands-on contribution, curiosity, initiative, strong work ethic, prioritization, and concise communication.

Responsibilities

Leverage the latest Grok models across all stages of the advertising stack, including:
- Candidate selection
- Ranking
- Auctions
- Campaign optimization
- Creative generation
- Advertiser experience
Own and operate systems and products that drive the majority of revenue.

Requirements

At least 3 years of industry experience working on large-scale, high-throughput, AI-powered advertising products.
Experience building advertising products and systems at massive scale across bidding, auctions, marketplaces, ranking, prediction, and product development.
