Role summary
We are building a newly formed PEGA engineering team and are looking for engineers who can maintain and enhance business applications built on the Pega platform. You will join an international team and follow a DevOps model across the full application lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance business applications built on the Pega platform.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle within a DevOps model, from development to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- PEGA certified or several years' experience using PEGA.
- Curiosity about how things work under the hood and strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
You’ll get extra points for:
- Experience working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution.
- Experience as a lead engineer.
- Being a team player.
