Details
The Consumer Lending Tribe is dedicated to the development, management, and harmonization of Consumer Lending products, including personal loans and “Cessione del Quinto,” services, and processes, with a focus on customer experience, profitability, and effective cost management.
The Consumer Lending Stageur will work in a team within the Agile organization, collaborating with stakeholders to support the development and release of new solutions and improve customer value services. Working as a Customer Journey Expert within the Agile Way of Working, the stagiaire will be part of a squad with end-to-end responsibility for solution delivery and will provide functional support through accurate analysis of stakeholder requirements.
The position requires analytical ability, communication skills, excellent written and spoken English, attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in multifunctional and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Starting with requirements, support the identification of IT impacts on different applications and processes.
- Support reporting activities.
- Collaborate with squads to learn how to translate business requirements into delivery requirements.
- Support validation with business teams in accordance with strategic operating models.
- Monitor market offerings by benchmarking competitors.
Requirements
- Young graduate with a strong academic record in economics or law.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of the banking market and consumer lending products is a plus.
- Good analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
Additional Information
- Internship duration: 6 months.
- Location: Milan, Italy.
- Reimbursement: €1,500 net per month.
