Are you ready to use your data science skills to make a real impact in the Finance & Risk Data Domain? This role focuses on Python, GenAI, Spark, Databricks, machine learning, and Azure, helping shape how the organisation develops and uses AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Build smart AI solutions and help shape how the organisation works with AI.
Identify opportunities, experiment iteratively, involve stakeholders from the start, and turn promising ideas into valuable, scalable GenAI products.
Contribute to AI applications including data quality optimisation models, automated reporting, and signalling clients in distress.
Translate complex business challenges into workable AI models.
Explain complex topics clearly and effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Work within Scrum and DevOps teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Working Environment

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids and supports Finance and Risk departments. It consists of more than 200 international professionals working to improve risk data, data systems, and data processes. The domain uses an Agile operating model and includes seven departments in a dynamic, open, and informal environment.

The position is part of the AI Strategy Team within the Centre of Expertise Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence department and reports to the Business Lead CoE AA & AI.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in data science and/or AI engineering.
Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks, Azure, basic machine learning models, pipeline structuring, and optimisation techniques.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Confidence collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
Experience working in Scrum and DevOps teams.
A learning mindset and broad interest in data science topics.
A pragmatic, structured approach, with a focus on simple solutions, ownership, and giving and receiving feedback.

Monthly salary of €6,066–€8,666 under Scale 11.
