Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, this role partners with People Operations, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition in an all-remote, async-first environment.

The position involves recurring system processes, issue resolution, SOX audit support, reporting, testing, configuration, system upgrades, and process improvement. The analyst will use cycle-time analysis, best-practice research, and AI tools to streamline operations and improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own recurring processes, monitor system health, resolve issues, and serve as a resource for People Operations, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Administer system security, assign and maintain security roles, and conduct system and security audits.
  • Configure, test, and deploy day-to-day enhancements, quarterly and annual changes, and annual People programs.
  • Support upgrades and releases by reviewing new features, running regression tests, and preparing stakeholders for changes.
  • Write and execute test cases and maintain documentation for configurations, business processes, reporting, and integration schedules.
  • Load mass datasets and distribute policies and documents with thorough testing.
  • Prepare and maintain Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) information technology general controls (ITGC) audit evidence and internal controls documentation.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Analyze cycle times and process data to identify friction, recommend configuration changes, and measure impact.
  • Provide training and enablement to help team members use People technology tools effectively.
  • Research best practices and new capabilities and use AI to automate tasks, accelerate analysis, and share knowledge.
  • Support senior team members on cross-team projects and implementations while owning assigned workstreams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on HR technology experience, including exposure to Workday configuration, testing, or system support.
  • Exposure to public-company operating procedures, including SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence, and change management.
  • Experience investigating issues, analyzing process data, and identifying root causes.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily work to automate tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve processes.
  • Experience validating system changes and documenting findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Independence, ownership, accountability, and reliable follow-through.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach with an emphasis on end-user experience.
  • Helpful but not required: experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack, or Google Workspace; report and dashboard development; implementations, upgrades, or releases; regression testing; or working in a fast-paced, all-remote, async-first technology environment.
