A Product Designer role focused on owning the User Control Panel (UCP) and account management platform across a cybersecurity product suite, including NordVPN, NordPass, Saily, and Coveron. The role involves shaping account lifecycle experiences, internal tools, and Support Center flows that connect to the core account experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the account lifecycle experience end to end, from identifying insights and defining problems through exploration, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Challenge assumptions and briefs in collaboration with product owners and engineers.
• Apply and contribute to the design system by identifying gaps and proposing new components.
• Support evidence-based design decisions through collaboration with UX Research or independent validation.
• Partner closely with engineers throughout implementation and own design quality assurance.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, UX writers, and UX researchers.
• Design experiences related to account management, subscriptions, platform surfaces, internal tools, and Support Center flows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product design experience designing web products end to end.
• Experience with account, subscription, or platform surfaces is an advantage.
• Strong familiarity with design systems and attention to states, edge cases, and microcopy.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous requirements and shape unclear inputs into clear solutions.
• Understanding of business considerations such as retention, trust, and self-service metrics.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to give and receive direct feedback.
• Fluency in English.
