Glean is the Work AI platform helping organizations work smarter with AI through enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and Enterprise and Personal Knowledge Graphs.

As a Product Management Lead, you will own product strategy and execution while managing and growing a team of product managers. You will help deliver products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge. This is a high-impact role on a lean product team, with significant influence over the product roadmap and the development of the product organization. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Success, leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
• Develop key parts of the product roadmap by combining customer needs with the product vision.
• Empower the product team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
• Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
• Build processes that scale as the team and company grow rapidly.
• Help shape Glean's intelligent work assistant and AI-powered product capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises.
• Experience spanning customer-facing surfaces and features, as well as internal capabilities and services.
• Experience with collaboration, productivity, or machine learning/ranking tools is a plus.
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Learning and growth mindset.
• Mission-first approach, with success measured by the success of the product and team.
• Early adoption of building with or using AI in product work, and enthusiasm for helping customers accelerate their AI adoption.
• Candidates complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion during the interview process covering how they think about, design, and use AI to drive impact.

Location

• Hybrid role requiring 3–4 days per week in Glean's Mountain View office.

Compensation And Benefits

• Standard base salary: $210,000–$240,000 annually.
