Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations work smarter with AI. Its platform includes enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, more than 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and capabilities for governing and customizing AI across an organization.

Responsibilities

As Product Manager for Agent Security and Governance, you will develop technologies and product features covering explainable and transparent AI systems, identification and prevention of AI risks, and observability, security, and privacy features for AI agents and their underlying data.

You will:

Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
Develop key parts of the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with product vision.
Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
Build processes that scale as the team and company grow.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Help build products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises.
Experience spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
Strong technical background.
Experience with UX-driven and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to take ownership, take initiative, and deliver results.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Learning and growth mindset.
Mission-first approach, with success measured by product and team outcomes.

Location

Hybrid role requiring four days per week in the Mountain View office.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range of $160,000–$280,000 annually.
