Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations work smarter with AI. Its platform combines enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and Enterprise and Personal Knowledge Graphs.
As Glean's Product Manager for Glean Model Hub, you will evaluate LLM models, define the roadmap for expanding Glean's LLM portfolio, manage relationships with inference and model providers, and shape product strategy that enables customers to experiment with different LLMs. You will own projections of LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning while driving customer enablement and adoption of the latest LLMs and LLM-native capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
- Develop key parts of the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with the product vision.
- Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
- Build scalable processes as the team and company grow rapidly.
- Evaluate LLM models and expand the LLM portfolio.
- Manage relationships with inference and model providers.
- Own LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning projections.
- Support customer enablement and upgrade adoption for new LLMs and LLM-native capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises, with responsibilities spanning AI/ML operations and external-facing platform capabilities.
- Experience building or working with LLMs for products at scale is a major plus.
- Strong technical background with experience in UX-driven and API-driven products, as well as third-party product partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership, take initiative, and deliver results.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.

- Early adoption of AI in product work and enthusiasm for helping customers accelerate their AI adoption journey.

Work Location
