Today NVIDIA is tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. The product development team builds a wide range of products — data center related products, Jetson devices, industrial PCs, robotics platforms, automotive, consumer electronics, GPU cards, and more. This role contributes to the development of next-generation products across those areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles
- Drive priorities to ensure products meet schedule and milestone targets; proactively elevate risks and obstacles
- Work with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues
- Communicate product status to internal teams including executive stakeholders
Requirements
- BS degree or greater in an engineering field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience with hardware product development
- Strong project/program/product management fundamentals
- Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment
- Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ways to stand out
- 5+ years track record successfully delivering products from concept through launch
- Deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design
- Master’s degree in engineering or business
- Project management certification or training
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges (location, level, and experience dependent):
- Level 3: 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD
- Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
- Eligible for equity and benefits (links referenced in original posting)
