Details

A curious problem-solver is sought to analyze customer behavior and retention initiatives for a company developing privacy and security products, including Threat Protection Pro and the NordLynx protocol. The role supports customer retention through marketing automation tools and web, email, and push/in-app communication flows.

Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards and analyze customer behavior in response to different email marketing initiatives.
  • Measure the results of promotions, pricing, value creation, and engagement initiatives, and draw conclusions and recommendations for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Retention team to create and interpret customer engagement and retention tests and actions.
  • Help define and calculate KPIs and key metrics for the team.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics through automated reports and dashboards.
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • Passion for mathematics and exceptional logical thinking, with the ability to detect principles and patterns in complex consumer behavior data.
  • Self-motivated approach to analyzing complex data while maintaining attention to detail and understanding the bigger picture.
  • Solid understanding of SQL; Google BigQuery is an advantage.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Experience performing A/B tests, usability tests, or user research is an advantage.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn, with an interest in human behavior and digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate insights and use modern data visualization techniques to make patterns accessible to non-technical colleagues.
  • Teamwork, openness to feedback, willingness to share knowledge, holistic thinking, and a can-do attitude.
