Details

Saily is removing the hassle from getting secure data plans while traveling, providing fast and secure mobile data in more than 200 countries. The Data Analyst will turn complex customer and product data into clear business opportunities for product and marketing teams.

The role involves analyzing user behavior across the customer lifecycle, identifying patterns, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The team consists of four Data Analysts, with two based in Vilnius, one in Kaunas, and one in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs for product and marketing teams.
  • Analyze users and products to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards providing visibility into customer behavior and product performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer cohorts, segmentation strategies, and touchpoints to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Build, support, and replicate data structures, including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of scalable analysis capabilities, including user segmentation, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Strong understanding and experience with SQL; Google BigQuery is an advantage.
  • Experience with Python or R for data modeling and general development.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks and techniques for LTV, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience with data visualization and statistical analysis methods.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital marketing environments is a plus.
  • Interest in or affinity for data science and machine learning is a plus.

Interview Process

  1. First interview with a Talent Partner — 45 minutes.
  2. Test task — several hours of work with a one-week deadline.
  3. Technical interview — 60 minutes.
  4. Final interview — 45–60 minutes.
