Details

Saily is looking for a data-driven problem solver who can turn complex customer and product data into clear business opportunities. The role focuses on understanding user behavior, identifying patterns across the customer lifecycle, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.

The Data Analyst team consists of four analysts: two in Vilnius, one in Kaunas, and one in Poland. The interview process includes a Talent Partner interview, a test task, a technical interview, and a final interview.

Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs for product and marketing teams.
  • Analyze users and products to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide visibility into customer behavior and product performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer cohorts, segmentation strategies, and touchpoints to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Build, support, and replicate data structures, including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of scalable analytical capabilities, such as user segmentation, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Solid understanding of and experience with SQL; Google BigQuery is an advantage.
  • Experience with Python or R for data modeling and general development.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks and techniques for LTV, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience with data visualization and statistical analysis methods.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital marketing environments is a plus.
  • Interest in or affinity for data science and machine learning is a plus.
