NVIDIA is looking for an outstanding Senior AI Technical Instructor with field experience and expertise in AI data center workloads and technologies to join its enablement team. The role partners closely with NVIDIA's sales leaders, partner organization, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure partner field technical teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively position, recommend, and leverage NVIDIA AI Enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for NVIDIA's partners, with willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Develop and refine training materials centered on AI and data center technologies and sales motions, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Build engaging lab-based training, interactive hands-on demonstrations, and exercises showcasing NVIDIA's AI technologies and the latest AI solutions.
Listen to workshop audiences, understand their concerns and questions, and translate feedback into actionable improvements to training content.
Support workshop planning and delivery, including programmatic activities, instructor delivery notes, and assessment materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable field.
At least 12 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical positions.
At least 5 years of experience with infrastructure systems supporting AI, such as accelerated computing, networking, or storage.
Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical sales audiences.
Experience delivering engaging training sessions and presentations.
Proven expertise using AI tools, autonomous workflows, and frontier models to develop training content, build interactive presentations and practical labs, and accelerate work.
Strong English communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing and delivering in-depth training for field sales and technical audiences, including channel partners.
Familiarity with the NVIDIA partner ecosystem, hardware platforms, and software stack from CUDA and CUDA-X through NeMo and NVIDIA enterprise AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with agentic workflows and coding agents.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS, TensorRT, and cloud service providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 200,000 to USD 322,000, determined by location, experience, and pay for employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
