  • Experience with experimentation, feature flags, instrumentation, analytics, and product or quality-of-experience metrics.
  • Experience building and shipping consumer-facing native applications at scale.
  • Strategic, product-minded approach with the ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes.
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tradeoffs, influence stakeholders, and build alignment across teams.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and willingness to embrace experimentation, learn from setbacks, improve processes, and help others succeed.
  • Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Android accessibility, Media3 or ExoPlayer, MediaCodec, HLS or DASH, recommendation systems, or ML-integrated products is a plus.
