Reddit’s Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain the analytical tooling and data infrastructure that powers the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel. The role requires expertise in BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines, as well as experience building and scaling dashboards. The successful candidate will use these technical foundations to drive sales rigor, optimize performance, support revenue strategy, and help build agentic analytics tooling for Reddit’s go-to-market strategy.

The position is remote within commuting distance of Reddit’s offices in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

Collaborate strategically with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic to power traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools.
Ensure high-quality, trusted outputs across all data-consumption layers.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, guiding business partners to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Drive operational excellence through on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.
Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery data pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker or a similar tool.
Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; BigQuery knowledge is a plus.
Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows.
Proven strategic and analytical ability, including translating data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive, ambitious, practical approach with a focus on achieving results urgently.
Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.

Compensation

The base salary range is $167,500–$234,500 USD. Final offer amounts may vary based on skills, depth of experience, and relevant licenses or credentials. The role may span more than one career level.
