NVIDIA is looking for a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of sophisticated, multidisciplinary programs for system-level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Data Center solutions. The role supports a large OEM system partner from early development through system integration, certification, production readiness for mass production, and throughout the product lifecycle.
The position requires strong technical planning, critical thinking, and execution skills across hardware and software engineering, with the ability to coordinate diverse technical groups and improve product development and software release processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and execute NVIDIA Enterprise Products system-level integration and requirements, translating them into specific tasks and assigning them to relevant functional areas in coordination with a large OEM system partner.
- Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution and closure.
- Communicate issue status clearly to customers and internal NVIDIA executive teams.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve planning, technical, and logistical issues; set expectations; and keep projects on track for successful execution.
- Coordinate and lead complex engineering-to-engineering discussions involving hardware and software.
- Represent the urgency of issues appropriately and escalate them internally or externally when necessary.
- Regularly communicate executive-level program status and key issues to management.
- Develop close working relationships with customer development teams and find effective solutions.
- Support the integration of workstation system components, including GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking, and storage systems.
- Assemble requirements, support prioritization, scheduling, and planning across all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Manage dependencies, schedules, breakthroughs, and the many moving parts required for successful program execution.
- Lead and improve product development and software release processes in collaboration with engineering management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in the high-tech industry, focused on technical program management and supporting OEMs, ODMs, or enterprise system partners.
- Proven experience delivering complex programs for strategic customers involving enterprise system platforms and Tier-1 OEMs.
- Technical knowledge of hardware and software engineering, network topologies, network interfaces, and system-level qualification and deployment requirements.
- Strong leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large OEMs or ODMs on server system integration, development, and deployment with aggressive timelines or constrained resources.
- Experience defining and driving complex programs with an in-depth understanding of dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and results.
- Experience managing multiple OEM or ODM system partners and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
