Details
Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, supporting workloads from data and model training through production deployment. The platform covers GPU orchestration, inference optimization, compute, storage, networking, and applied AI.
The Developer Advocate will help agent builders run their agents on Token Factory, Nebius' high-performance inference platform, and the surrounding open stack, including Tavily for agentic search. The role focuses on production agent workloads involving long-running, multi-model, tool-calling, and cost-sensitive workflows.
This is a hands-on position working closely with product and engineering to build agent demos, run workshops, write practical guides, and engage with developers.
Responsibilities
- Help agent builders discover, adopt, and use Token Factory for production agent workloads.
- Build demos and reference agents that demonstrate model routing, latency, token cost, KV-cache hit rates, and reliability tradeoffs.
- Show how open models, tool use, MCP, agent frameworks, Tavily, and evaluations fit together.
- Run hands-on workshops and present at developer events and conferences.
- Gather direct feedback from agent builders and share it with product and engineering.
- Work with marketing to communicate real builder stories and use cases.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building agents, including tool calling, multi-step workflows, agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, and MCP.
- Strong understanding of how AI developers work and what breaks when agents reach production.
- Ability to write code, review examples, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to explain complex systems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A curious, practical, and opinionated approach to how developers build.
