NVIDIA DGX Cloud is the AI supercomputing-as-a-service substrate designed to power the next generation of AI and industrial-scale breakthroughs. As an Engineering Manager within the Infrastructure Security Engineering organization, you will enable the engineers who secure a GPU fleet numbering in the hundreds of thousands. The team engineers whole classes of risk out of existence and delivers the results as paved roads for the rest of DGX Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers. Own hiring, growth, and performance while building a deep and sustainable engineering bench.
• Partner with engineers on the roadmap for the security control plane, foundational security services, and the path toward autonomous security operations.
• Establish a lightweight planning rhythm focused on measurable outcomes and the risks eliminated rather than tickets closed.
• Staff efforts with the smallest group capable of delivering the work, assign clear ownership, and make team formation a fair growth opportunity.
• Maintain high engineering standards, including tested code, observability, operational readiness, and documentation that enables others to operate systems.
• Ensure AI-assisted work ships with clear human ownership.
• Translate complex, fast-moving risk information into actionable insights for executives, honestly identify unknowns, and make trade-offs clear.
• Build partnerships across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and NVIDIA security teams, influencing delivery across organizational boundaries.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of engineering management experience within a broader career of typically 14+ years across software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security.
• Experience growing people and teams, not only delivering projects.
• Hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering sufficient to earn the trust of senior engineers and review technical designs.
• A history of attracting, hiring, and developing excellent engineers, including engineers with greater domain expertise.
• Experience creating repeatable and fair interview and calibration practices.
• Ability to turn high-stakes, ambiguous mandates into sequenced, measurable delivery.
• Working understanding of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, identity and access management, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
• Experience delivering through partner teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience securing or operating high-performance computing environments, large GPU fleets, or multi-tenant platforms at cloud scale.
• Experience delivering security or infrastructure capabilities as internal products with measurable adoption.
• Experience establishing a team, practice, or engineering culture from scratch.
• Experience rapidly scaling teams while raising engineering standards.

Compensation and Additional Information

• Base salary: 245,000 CAD - 295,000 CAD per year, determined by location, experience, and compensation for similar positions.
• Eligible for equity and benefits.
