NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today the company is focused on AI and accelerated computing. The Hardware Infrastructure team delivers highly available platform services and performant web applications that integrate with various data storage systems, data streaming technologies, and data visualization frameworks. This agile software team builds tools used by engineering teams across the company for tracking, triaging and debugging data processing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and test performant frontend web applications and scalable backend web services with coherent interfaces that simplify integration for both colleagues and their AI agents.
- Gather requirements and provide consultation to internal customers (chip designers, build farm teams, infrastructure teams) to understand processes, needs and use-cases.
- Maintain services and tools with emphasis on reliability, stability, quality of service and customer happiness while preserving codebase health and deployment throughput.
- Mentor colleagues, solve difficult technical problems, and bring clarity to complex domains through code reviews and pairing sessions.
- Influence and establish guidelines around adopting agentic development to improve the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of delivering reliable and scalable web services and web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
- In-depth understanding of at least one network/systems-level programming language such as Go, Java, C++ or Rust.
- Experience with design and development of distributed web services; detailed knowledge of modular software design, data structures and algorithms.
- In-depth understanding of concurrency, locking and multi-threading.
- Familiarity with Linux fundamentals (systemd administration and debugging).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases as well as unstructured non-relational databases.
- Eagerness to experiment with emerging AI tools and to help scale AI use safely across teams.
- Excellent planning, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Additional Info
- Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
