The role

This role is ideal for a candidate who has successfully delivered large-scale CRM and GTM systems transformations, understands how sales and marketing teams operate, and enjoys bringing structure to complex programs.

You will lead initiatives spanning CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, customer data, and adjacent GTM systems. Working across Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering, you will ensure systems, processes, and data work together to enable scalable growth.

This role is a combination of program management, business process transformation, and GTM systems strategy. Success requires balancing business requirements with technical implementation while driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex GTM systems programs from discovery through implementation and adoption, ensuring delivery against business objectives. Initiatives may include CRM, marketing automation, customer data, and adjacent commercial systems.
  • Partner with GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Commercial Operations, and IT to define business requirements, redesign processes, and implement scalable GTM solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution across internal teams and implementation partners.
  • Design scalable operating processes, governance models, data standards, and KPIs that improve GTM efficiency, data quality, and user adoption.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while balancing speed and scalability.
  • Develop executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials to keep leadership aligned throughout program delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading implementation of enterprise GTM systems, CRM transformations, or large-scale business systems programs.
  • Experience with GTM technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, customer data platforms, or similar commercial systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, customer lifecycle, and reporting.
  • Excellent program management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and measure business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and translating technical concepts into business language.
  • Experience working with system integrators or implementation partners is highly desirable.

Compensation

Base compensation range: $137,600 — $172,000 USD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, level, and geographic location).

Benefits (Key employee benefits in the US)

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.

  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.
