Details

NVIDIA's GPU Software team is seeking a skilled and experienced technical program manager to help deliver its product roadmap. The team develops foundational kernel components, drivers, and firmware supporting NVIDIA's family of chipsets.

Responsibilities

  • Align NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team's capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities.
  • Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps.
  • Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
  • Partner with hardware, release planning, and customers to develop a complete picture of software at NVIDIA.
  • Propose and develop new methods for managing projects and unifying planning systems.
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of program management experience delivering software products.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery against critical timelines with long-term improvements to planning, processes, and team capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a software developer.
  • Knowledge of SoC, GPU, or CPU project management.
  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary range of $200,000–$322,000 USD for Level 5.
  • Base salary range of $240,000–$379,500 USD for Level 6.
  • Eligibility for equity and benefits.
  • Salary is determined based on location, experience, and compensation of employees in similar positions.
