Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key and strategic Nebius GPU Cloud services customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI/ML issues.
  • Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for machine learning training and inference workloads.
  • Ensure seamless integration and scalability of customer AI solutions involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Act as a bridge to product teams by providing customer feedback, relaying feature requests, and aligning products with customer requirements.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive alignment to address customer challenges.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of GPU computing, including machine learning training and inference workloads, and GPU stacks such as CUDA and OpenCL.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm and Kubeflow.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with machine learning tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization and deadline delivery.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and driving team growth.
  • Expertise in stakeholder negotiation and problem resolution.
