NVIDIA’s deep learning platforms are widely used across academia, start-ups, and industry. This role is part of the Platform and Solutions team focused on GPU-accelerated software and cloud solutions to enable organizations to develop and deploy AI projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and engineering activities for the NVIDIA Platforms and Solutions teams, managing a catalog of GPU-accelerated software and services.
  • Collaborate with multiple NVIDIA product and engineering teams to program manage solutions for developers to build AI services using NVIDIA software made available through NGC.
  • Act as the bridge between global OEMs, partners, and NVIDIA product teams to create platforms for AI development.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, PR, and Legal to drive adoption and growth of NVIDIA’s software portfolio across Conversational AI, Robotics, Medical Imaging, and Autonomous Driving.
  • Gather requirements, help prioritization, scheduling, and planning for all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Develop and manage milestones and schedules for multiple components to come together.
  • Manage and improve product development and software release processes; collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflow and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

  • MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS) or equivalent experience with 8+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and processes specifically for system software development.
  • Thorough knowledge of software and hardware engineering principles.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful.
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Proven experience resolving technical issues and resource conflicts creatively.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience implementing systematic solutions.

Nice to have / Ways to stand out

  • 5 years of programming in a modern programming language is highly desired.
  • Significant experience building solutions for on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise system architecture.
  • Experience productizing enterprise server systems and coordinating activities between hardware and software organizations.
  • Experience with Agile tools and processes; productivity tools and process automation is a big plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges by level:
    • Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
    • Level 5: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD
  • Eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
