NVIDIA is seeking a skilled and committed Technical Program Manager for DGX Cloud. The role will help deliver value to DGX Cloud users by coordinating cloud infrastructure, engineering teams, and user experiences across global cloud service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams.
  • Collect requirements and lead prioritization, timelines, and planning throughout the product life cycle.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Develop and lead schedules and delivery milestones for complex programs.
  • Lead and improve existing product development processes in collaboration with engineering management.
  • Partner with engineering and product management to define and deliver project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones.
  • Develop and drive communication strategies that provide cross-functional and organizational visibility into program progress and engineering delivery.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional leads and streamlining processes.
  • Foster ongoing development and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience driving the planning and execution of large programs and software engineering projects in a matrix environment.
  • Experience successfully leading global projects across time zones.
  • Experience with Jira and/or Jama, including guiding engineering teams in their use and implementing them in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, build consensus, resolve technical issues, and address resource conflicts.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale lean process development.
  • Expertise in rolling out new efficiencies across an organization.
  • Ability to drive cross-organizational alignment across senior and executive leaders.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work successfully with multifunctional teams across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • Working understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Background in new product introduction and leading research programs.
  • Experience with productivity tools and process automation.
  • Kubernetes platform experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range for Level 5: USD 200,000–322,000 per year.
  • Base salary range for Level 6: USD 240,000–379,500 per year.
  • Eligibility for equity and benefits.
  • Salary is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
