Details

Nord Security is seeking a hands-on Workday Integrations Expert to design, build, maintain, and support secure Workday integrations. The role will work with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, and will own the integration layer from design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The position will also support a Workday implementation from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core/Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Orchestrate.
Develop web service integrations using Workday Web Services (SOAP), REST APIs, RaaS, and WQL.
Build document transformations using XSLT, XML, and XPath, as well as calculated fields for data formatting and mapping.
Configure and manage integration security, including Integration System Users (ISU), Integration System Security Groups (ISSG), x.509 certificates, PGP encryption, and SFTP connectivity.
Monitor scheduled integrations, implement error handling and alerting, and resolve integration failures end to end.
Plan and execute regression testing across Workday's two annual feature releases, assessing and remediating impacts.
Partner with functional teams and external vendors on interface design, file specifications, and connectivity.
Follow data governance, security, and data privacy standards.
Document integration designs, configurations, and runbooks for support, audit, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations.
Strong experience with EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Orchestrate.
Experience with XSLT, XML, XPath, SOAP/REST web services, RaaS, and calculated fields.
Working knowledge of integration security, including ISU/ISSG, certificates, PGP encryption, and SFTP.
Familiarity with middleware or iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure integration services.
Experience supporting Workday implementations or major enhancement projects.
Exposure to Workday Financials, Prism Analytics, or Accounting Center data domains.
Workday Pro Integrations certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize planned and unplanned work and deliver independently.
