Responsibilities
- Designing and prototyping a little bit of everything, across all clients (iOS, Android and Web)
- Leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company's vision and goals
- Collaborating with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to define and execute on team priorities
- Developing and maintaining design systems and standards to ensure consistency across all products
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of design tools including Figma and Adobe’s Creative Suite
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining commitment to craft and quality in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Experience working with, contributing to and building design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Strong graphic, illustration and/or motion experience is a plus
