Glean Technologies, Inc. is hiring Software Engineers to help build a software-based platform that can scale indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions. The role spans distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to deliver secure, high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Its platform includes enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, more than 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph capabilities. Glean's technology is used across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Develop a software-based platform that can scale indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions.
Build large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Use performance benchmarking tools and perform performance tuning on Linux-based systems.
Perform thorough peer code reviews, including interface design, code quality, and testing strategies.
Understand customer requirements and implement them in solutions.
Work closely with product teams to ensure features satisfy customer requirements and are delivered effectively and with high quality.
Implement data ingestion pipelines to retrieve data from enterprise data sources and build a secure search index over that data.
Design and implement user interfaces for enterprise workers to search enterprise content.
Design APIs for building other search-based applications.

Requirements

Master's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus three months of experience in the job offered or a related field.
Experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications; building full-stack applications spanning front-end, REST APIs, and application servers; training and productionizing machine learning systems; or building information retrieval systems.
Experience with Go or C++.
Experience with Java.
Experience with Python.
Experience with TypeScript.
Algorithmic design skills.
Experience with data analytics.
Experience with Node.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, Django, or Flask.
Experience with React.
Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
