- Leverage LLMs and AI-assisted analytics to extract structured insights from unstructured data and scale root-cause taxonomy generation across millions of trips.
- Develop and validate metrics and dimensions that monitor customer experience health and surface emerging quality issues.
- Build and maintain analytical artifacts, including queries, dashboards, and readouts, to enable stakeholder self-service for standard questions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and other Advanced Analytics teams to align on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis; industry experience is required.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
- Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and applying statistical methods to real-world product problems.
- Experience with causal inference techniques, including difference-in-differences, synthetic controls, and propensity scoring, with a track record of applying them to ambiguous business problems.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, or internal LLM agents, including prompt engineering, structured extraction from unstructured text, and using LLMs as classifiers or judges.
- Experience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and implementation in data pipelines.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to balance rigor with speed while clearly communicating tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior, non-technical audiences.
