Details

Stripe Issuing enables startups, platforms, enterprises, and Stripe itself to build and launch card programs and financial features using programmatic APIs and intuitive user interfaces. The team develops infrastructure, user-facing experiences, and partner integrations for card lifecycle management and efficient money movement.

As EMEA Product Lead for Stripe Issuing, you will lead product development for card issuance systems across the UK and Europe, including user-facing APIs and interfaces. You will work with global users, Stripe leadership, go-to-market teams, engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to build and scale compliant, performant, and seamless product experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead Stripe Issuing efforts in the UK and Europe.
Shape product direction and strategy for helping users manage their card programs.
Partner with engineering to bring Stripe Issuing product solutions to the UK and European markets.
Collaborate with design, legal, risk, compliance, engineering, and other Stripe teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Own the EMEA Stripe Issuing roadmap and go-to-market strategy with product marketing.
Act as the voice of the user in product and API design by gathering direct customer feedback.
Ensure products are built in a scalable and performant way.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in a product role.
Domain knowledge of financial products, particularly card issuing, financial systems, and card networks.
Strong experience scaling products in close collaboration with go-to-market teams.
Experience building platform and/or API products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate customer problems precisely.
Ability to understand users' perspectives and craft excellent user experiences.
