The role combines technical leadership with hands-on, forward-deployed architecture engagements, including setting technical strategy, driving adoption, evangelizing SentinelOne solutions, and representing the company with strategic partners at the executive level. The role requires willingness to travel up to 50 percent.

Responsibilities

  • Explain SentinelOne's technical features and benefits, solve complex technical roadblocks, and build technical champions among prospective and current partners.
  • Build and empower technical champions, support partner go-to-market strategies, co-create joint solutions and offerings, drive technical success across the customer and partner journey, and build a network of trusted cohorts.
  • Set technical strategy with the managed partner team, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and resolve complex technical blockers.
  • Conduct technical discovery of partners' deployments, service delivery processes, and legacy product environments to create current-state architecture maps.
  • Design phased architecture roadmaps for partners adopting the Singularity Platform, including SKU selection, sequencing, and margin modeling for managed service operations.
  • Convert architecture roadmaps into committed, multi-quarter expansion plans and track execution against them.
  • Work with partner engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and reduce migration and adoption risks.
  • Own executive-level messaging and escalations for complex, high-impact partner relationships.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives and offerings with strategic partners, positioning and integrating SentinelOne technology into partner offerings.
  • Provide partner and customer feedback, including architecture and margin insights, to product management and leadership.
  • Design and oversee partner technical training programs and mentor other solutions engineers.
  • Develop reusable discovery-to-roadmap frameworks for the broader team.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of industry experience and at least 8 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or professional services.
  • Proven experience scaling strategic managed-partner technical programs, mentoring solutions engineers, and designing multi-phase architecture roadmaps for enterprise, MSSP, or MSP environments.
  • Experience with SKU sequencing and margin or commercial modeling.
  • Experience operating with CTO- and VP Engineering-level stakeholders and translating technical roadmaps into commercial outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, product, and executive leadership teams, including presenting and defending technical and commercial roadmaps to technical and executive audiences.
  • Deep experience with MSPs, MSSPs, managed detection and response providers, distributors, aggregators, cloud service providers, channel partners, global systems integrators, alliances, and strategic partners.
  • Previous experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR provider, incident response partner, or security operations center.
  • Expert familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM, data lake solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, identity security, endpoint security, cyber threats, and attack vectors.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform, particularly in security and compliance contexts.
  • Experience with containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures.
  • Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions, and drive multi-quarter changes in how partners deliver security services.
  • Preferred experience includes working as a solutions architect, professional services consultant, or practice lead at an MSSP or MSP; managed service catalog design or managed service P&L experience; and certifications such as AWS, GCP, CEH, SANS, OSCP, or CISSP.

Benefits

  • Restricted Stock Units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, paid sick time, gender-neutral parental leave, and grandparent leave.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; life and disability insurance; health and dependent care FSA; voluntary benefits; Employee Assistance Program; prepaid legal services; pet insurance; cancer care program; and global business travel medical insurance.
  • Home office allowance and mobile phone reimbursement.
