  • Provide partner and end-customer feedback to Product Management.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and offerings with SentinelOne partners and oversee partner technical training plans.
  • Own executive-level escalations for high-risk partners and drive cross-functional resolution with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Participate hands-on in demonstrations and technical value engagements for complex or high-priority opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of industry experience, including 6 or more years of Sales Engineering experience.
  • 3 to 5 or more years of people leadership experience, preferably managing technical or Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Proven experience building and developing high-performing technical sales teams across multiple partner types.
  • Experience owning forecasting, coverage planning, or business reviews for a technical team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal Sales and Product teams.
  • Excellent technical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, including technical demonstrations and sales value presentations for audiences ranging from architects to C-level executives.
  • Previous experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR, incident response partner, or SOC.
  • Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, distributors, aggregators, CSPs, channel organizations, GSIs, alliances, and strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security, and endpoint security solutions, including cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, malware prevention, XDR, SIEM, EDR, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with SIEM and other data lake solutions.
  • Experience with cloud computing environments and cloud deployments, particularly security and compliance considerations.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; Azure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
  • Experience managing distributed or fully remote technical teams.
  • Experience with partner relationship management tooling or Salesforce is preferred.
  • AWS, GCP, security certifications, CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security qualifications are preferred.

Benefits
