Bloomberg Enterprise Data partners with clients to deliver trusted, high-quality enterprise content for the financial services industry. Its datasets span all asset classes and support analytics, automation, and innovation through flexible delivery technologies and scheduling.

The Fixed Income Reference Data team develops data solutions that support pricing, regulatory, risk, and sustainable Fixed Income Data Solutions. The team identifies, creates, and designs solutions leveraging Bloomberg's Fixed Income data and requires a deep understanding of Fixed Income markets and key market drivers.

The Team Lead will build the strategic product roadmap and measure progress toward the long-term vision for Fixed Income Reference Data. This role leads a group of product managers and develops and executes a business strategy that advances Fixed Income capabilities in response to technological innovation and evolving industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Data business by defining a forward-looking product strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and executing with agility.
  • Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
  • Work closely with clients, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive Fixed Income Data business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute the go-to-market strategy and increase product awareness.
  • Understand multidimensional client challenges and build solutions driven by high-quality data.
  • Travel globally as needed to engage with teams, clients, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Income markets, including bonds, municipal securities, corporate bonds, and cash structured products.
  • Proven understanding of capital markets, market structure, and the factors affecting client challenges and priorities.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive data business requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data science and quantitative investing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for AI innovation and the evolving landscape of agentic, intelligent data systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science and analytics.
