NVIDIA is looking for a strong and technical program manager to drive and deliver enterprise software releases. The role focuses on program management, Generative AI innovations, Large Language Models (LLMs), traditional machine learning (ML), and NVIDIA's enterprise software stack. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and external software stack partners to execute product roadmaps, develop robust delivery processes, assess project health, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical alignment and product delivery with various NVIDIA partners.
  • Drive release planning with globally distributed Engineering and Product teams.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence of specifications, establish quality standards, and drive high-quality software releases.
  • Provide objective and constructive feedback on processes and execution.
  • Establish systems to manage product feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive organizational environment.
  • Stay current with developments in relevant technology and computing ecosystems.
  • Lead infrastructure, full-stack, and AI/ML solutions while providing technical vision and supporting execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, standard methodologies, efficiency gains, and performance enhancements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering and coding, as well as machine learning and deep learning software architecture and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of generative AI advancements.
  • Experience leading software product programs using AI technologies.
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork among technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, independence, and effective multitasking with minimal day-to-day direction.
  • Proven ability to align external and internal stakeholders and deliver complex products to customers.
  • Experience creatively resolving issues and resource conflicts, thinking strategically and tactically, and building consensus.
  • Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles.
  • Experience with industry-standard configuration management tools, productivity tools, and process automation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models, specifically in relation to NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $168,000–$258,750 USD for Level 4 and $200,000–$322,000 USD for Level 5. The position is also eligible for equity and benefits.
