Details

NVIDIA GeForce NOW features a subscription-based e-commerce platform (NVIDIA Marketplace) that manages memberships, billing, payments, and entitlements, enabling users to stream games they already own across a wide range of devices. The platform integrates with stores such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, Ubisoft Connect, and GOG.com. Recent improvements focus on account linking, automatic sign-in, and library syncing.

This role is a Technical Program Manager supporting the NVIDIA Marketplace. You will lead complex, multi-team programs spanning engineering, product, operations, and business collaborators to drive progress, manage dependencies, reduce delivery risk, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Translate software requirements into infrastructure needs and participate in sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple teams.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, build, data, security, and operations teams to define achievements and execution plans.
  • Translate business goals into clear technical program plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Run program governance, including status reviews, decision logs, issue management, and executive updates.
  • Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation planning to keep programs on track.
  • Improve cross-team processes, planning mechanisms, and operational rhythms to increase execution efficiency.
  • Support release readiness, implementation coordination, and post-launch reviews.
  • Use metrics and dashboards to monitor progress, surface blockers, and communicate outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, engineering, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms.
  • Experience communicating program health and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery, with the ability to present effectively to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture concepts, and engineering workflows.
  • Demonstrated skill in risk management, dependency management, collaborator alignment, and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ways to stand out

  • Experience as a TPM or program lead on major e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex programs and driving flawless execution.
  • Passion for enabling teams to deliver outstanding results through orchestration, communication, and risk management rather than performing every operational task directly.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (range listed below), eligibility for equity, and a generous benefits package.

Additional information

  • Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD (actual base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
  • Applications accepted at least until July 18, 2026. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
  • NVIDIA uses AI tools in its recruiting processes and is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and diversity.
