Details

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for New Product Deployment Readiness on the Solutions Architecture team. The role owns deployment readiness for new rack-scale AI platforms delivered through OEM partners, from engineering samples through volume rollout at scale. This includes factory integration and testing, power and cooling systems, cabling, network provisioning, bring-up, and validation.

The Technical Program Manager will serve as the single point of alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support teams and their OEM counterparts in engineering, manufacturing, integration, and services. The role will implement lessons learned from previous product launches and ensure that documentation, tooling, training, dependencies, and readiness processes are completed before volume shipment by OEM partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms delivered through OEM partners, ensuring tooling, processes, and lessons learned are implemented from engineering sample through mass production.
  • Drive alignment across NVIDIA engineering, product, and support organizations and their OEM counterparts around a shared readiness plan, schedule, and definition of done.
  • Manage readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and processes across multiple concurrent platforms and OEM programs, including entry and exit criteria, risk tracking, and executive-level reporting.
  • Lead OEM engagement and communication, coordinating planning, factory and site readiness, deployment schedules, and preparation activities for large-scale rollouts.
  • Define scalable bring-up, validation, and acceptance processes across racks, sites, and partners, including opportunities to replace manual work with automation.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to verify that NVIDIA and OEM deliverables meet specifications and quality requirements at deployment scale.
  • Own escalation and feedback loops from large-scale deployment issues back into NVIDIA engineering and ensure recurring issues are addressed on subsequent platforms and OEM programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and other initiatives that improve the speed and accuracy of readiness planning and deployment execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 or more years of experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, preferably high-density AI/HPC data centers.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale data center hardware deployments or infrastructure planning programs at multi-rack and multi-site scale.
  • Experience working with OEM, ODM, or system integrator partners across engineering, manufacturing, and services functions.
  • Proven technical and project leadership in fluid situations, including the ability to drive alignment across organizations without direct ownership and adapt to change.
  • Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power and cooling, liquid cooling, cabling, network provisioning, rack integration, and system bring-up and validation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% to OEM factories, integration facilities, and deployment sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large, multi-partner programs with concurrent product launches.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA rack-scale systems such as MGX and NVL-class rack architectures, GPU and networking bring-up, or liquid-cooled infrastructure.
  • Understanding of product rollout processes and tooling, including factory integration and test flows at L10, L11, and L12 build and validation levels.
  • Experience building repeatable deployment playbooks, acceptance criteria, and partner training that scale to volume.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Benefits

The position includes eligibility for equity and NVIDIA benefits. Applications will be accepted at least until August 23, 2026. NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer.
